RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Each Venice Vida™ piece is made especially for you. Because our products are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But we want you to love what you ordered, so here's how we make it right.

WRONG SIZE? WE'LL MAKE IT RIGHT.
If your tee doesn't fit, we'll remake it in a different size, one time, at no extra cost. Just email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. There's no need to send the original back. Keep it, pass it along, or give it to someone who'll love it. This applies to tees, including tees in our bundles.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases, you will not need to return the original item.

SIZING
Our Comfort Colors tees are unisex and offer a relaxed, true-to-size fit with a roomy, vintage cut, with extra space through the chest and shoulders and a boxier, broken-in feel. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering. For a fitted look, size down if you prefer a closer, less boxy feel.

PRODUCT CARE
Totes & Hats: Spot clean only. We recommend avoiding machine washing, as it can affect shape, print, and embroidery over time.
Mugs: Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to help preserve the design and finish.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders are entered in production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

LOST ORDERS
If tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with our carrier and determine the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.
